What you will do
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
- Design Interfaces: Create visually appealing user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms that enhance the user experience.
- Develop Wireframes & Prototypes: Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize the structure and functionality of a digital product.
- Conduct User Research: Engage with users to gather feedback, perform usability testing, and apply findings to improve designs.
- Ensure Consistency: Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.
- Optimize Designs: Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics to enhance usability and effectiveness.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, techniques, and tools to ensure our designs are innovative and current.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and other relevant software.
- Design Expertise: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and usability best practices.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and defend your design decisions.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex design challenges.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Equivalent work experience may also be considered.
