We are looking for a dedicated Call Attender cum Manager to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-oriented, and capable of managing client interactions with professionalism.
What you will do
- Handle Incoming Calls: Attend to inbound calls from clients, providing them with necessary information and support.
- Manage Client Inquiries: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Schedule Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and our team members, ensuring smooth communication.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback, and ensure all data is accurately updated in our systems.
- Follow Up with Clients: Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback on our services.
- Assist with Basic Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the management team, such as managing emails, organizing files, and preparing reports as needed.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams: Liaise with different departments to ensure client requests and issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements
- Experience: Freshers are welcome, though a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or administrative role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Customer-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Organizational Skills: High level of organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and software for communication, record-keeping, and scheduling.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to managing tasks.
- Availability: Flexibility to work during the required hours, with the ability to manage work from home effectively.
Educational Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in any field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Relevant certifications in customer service or administration will be considered an advantage.
